·  How much does a website cost?

Like a house or a car, or just about anything else, the model and features included will vary the price substantially.

Some people only need a single page of text with no graphics, which is very very inexpensive, usually around $25 US.

Some of the Fortune 500 companies have millions invested in their websites.

However, on the average, the price of a decent website often runs similar to the cost of a small ad in the yellow pages. Not a bad investment considering that a web site is available in just about every country on the globe 24 hours a day.

·  What is a Blog?

"Blog" is a term that comes from "Web Log". Originally E-zine or Electronic Magazine, these term didn't quite roll off your tongue the way "Blog" does.

These are usually information based sites that are updated on a regular basis with articles, stories, journal entries, current events, or any of a large cast of informative peices.

Take any magazine off your coffee table. If you published that magazine, what would those articles be about? Would there be interviews? What would you advertise? These thoughts and ideas are very easily transferred from paper to online document and before you know it, you are a blogger.
